Earlier today I attempted what is known as the Crazy 8 Body-Weight Cardio Circuit which is a form of High Intensity Interval Training workout routine.
The great thing about this workout is that it doesn’t require any equipment, can be done indoors and is as effective as (if not better than) jogging up and over the Benjamin Sheares bridge.

OK, I’m not sure if the title of this entry is grammatically correct. Anyway, it has been a very interesting week so far. I’ve been meeting several aspiring entrepreneurs whose enthusiasm and positive thinking have rubbed off well on me.
I’m feeling very energised and always looking forward to tomorrow. And I got this without attending any motivational seminar. JUST KIDDING!
