NYE Molest At Siloso 0
That infamous video of several guys molesting a ’supposedly’ woman on a platform at a New Year’s Eve beach party. Lots of mixed reactions from Netizens who blame everyone in the video for doing (or not) their part in the embarrassing incident.
The big question now, is that a real woman? Haha!
Oh well, I don’t suppose it matters much to those guys who were clearly taking advantage of the person without realising that their faces are going to be plastered all over the web! The ‘victim’ however, has chosen to keep quiet about it and that gives room for lots of rumours and stories to spring up.
I find it quite hilarious actually reading the forum posts and the ‘recent development’ of this issue.
Moving on, though, is the performance of the Singapore ‘Lions’ football team. While we started out brightly, we gave away two early goals in the game and that turned out very costly. The referee was somehow not in-charge of the game at all.
For the penalty, he was probably closer to the incident but couldn’t stand firm on his decision to award a free-kick. When he saw the linesman running to the goal line, he had to consult the assistant and changed his decision to award a penalty instead.
And I also believe it was a clean tackle and there wasn’t any foul committed. Although I have to say, Precious lost possession at a crucial time. The Iranian was simply taking advantage of the opportunity to put pressure on the defence and faked a foul.
Once the Iranians got the lead, they started to hit the deck at every slightest touch, rolling on the pitch like they broke their dick, only to spring back up into action the moment the medic arrives or when a free-kick was awarded. And the referee never noticed this…
Anyway, looking at the turn out of the local fans, it’s clear that the FAS has a lot of work to do in convincing the fans to show up for such matches. The stadium was not even half full, and the Iranians were making much more noise than the home fans.
Losing in front of the President is another sad fact the Lions had to face. Some people are saying Raddy has expired. Time for a change? Well, with little knowledge of the progress in the national football team, I have a feeling that there have been areas where we have improved. But perhaps it’s a matter of consistency.
Anyway, here’s an Iranian who supported the Lions for that game. Haha! I’m still waiting for him to upload the photos and tag me.
