Was at the Liz to join fellow Gooners for a charity auction where we raised S$2,800.00 for girl Charmaine; an Arsenal Singapore cap signed by Robin van Persie and a 2005 home jersey signed by the FA Cup winners.
Right after that was the live match against Manchester City, which we lost 4-2, so it hasn’t been a good trip to the city of Manchester this season.

Today is a very happy day for me, and I can say is the happiest day for Love because today Love got herself an awesome job. It’s been months since Love started looking for a new job and submitted her resume all over the web. And when afternoon was turning into evening, she went for an interview over at Scotts Road.
Love got hired in her dream job, with her biggest salary ever, an industry she enjoys the most and a company that is expanding. The perfect formulae to take her career to the next level!

Earlier today I attempted what is known as the Crazy 8 Body-Weight Cardio Circuit which is a form of High Intensity Interval Training workout routine.
The great thing about this workout is that it doesn’t require any equipment, can be done indoors and is as effective as (if not better than) jogging up and over the Benjamin Sheares bridge.

Mr Anthony Robbins just finished his firewalking motivational talk here in Singapore. And my Facebook wall is being plastered with hype resulting from the “Yes! Yes! Cool Moss!” chant. I have nothing against Tony and am amazed at his successful product.
But I believe, that there is a much better reference of a life coach in the life of a Muslim. The life coach is in the form of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
